Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the company’s financial obligations are met efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High degree of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Previous experience using Bill.com or similar AP platforms
- Familiarity with U.S.-based client holiday schedules
