Position Overview

This position is responsible for monitoring the production of all dialing platforms, applications, and software. The Dialer Administrator will collaborate with the Operations team and other departments to ensure work standards are met, dialing schedules are accurate and timely, and company policies and regulations are followed. The candidate will generate reports on agent production and key performance indicators, and contribute recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.

Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure systems for multiple applications, install software locally and remotely, and manage updates to minimize downtime.
- Support daily operations, troubleshoot software issues, and resolve errors and downtime.
- Prepare calling lists and load data into CRM systems.
- Develop expertise in calling platform functionalities.
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve performance issues and implement preventative measures.
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits and investigations.
- Provide helpdesk support, resolve tickets, and handle critical issues.
- Maintain schedule flexibility for project launches and software deployments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications

- Technical training or relevant experience
- At least 4 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of data principles; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
- Self-motivation and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements
This role is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be necessary.
