Key Responsibilities:

  1. Will be the direct point of contact for key stakeholders in a school or educational institutions who are using our product especially in the US.
  2. Will need to understand the product workflows from every angle and be able to resolve non-code level support issues and give demos of the product to the clients.
  3. Should conduct the initial set up of the product implementation including any integrations with existing systems.
  4. Should provide training and support of the product to the schools.
  5. Should be able to create proper documentation of the product so the clients can effectively use the software.
  6. Should also assist in functional testing to ensure the requirements are met as per client needs. This includes identifying bugs and issues within the product and working with the development team to resolve them.
  7. Coordinate with the development/technical teams to address any technical issues or software enhancements.
  8. Need to regularly connect with the development/technical team to communicate any bugs/issues the schools report about the product.
  9. Gather feedback from the schools and identify areas where we can improve the product.

Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and billing concepts.
  2. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to convert complex requirements into practical software solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
  2. CPA (Certified public accountant) certification is an add-on.
  3. Min 2-3 years of experience working directly with customers.
  4. Experience working in a school or an educational institution is a plus.
  5. Accounting background and experience working in the accounting/finance section in schools is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication, especially in dealing with US clients.
  7. Hands-on experience using any billing/accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks.
  8. Needs to work according to the US time zones (NIGHT SHIFT).

Work Location:

  1. Home-based.
  2. Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps).
  3. Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM).
