Job Summary

As the Credit and Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing the credit risk and collections process for timeshare accounts. This includes overseeing the team, ensuring effective collections, analyzing creditworthiness, and working closely with customers to resolve outstanding balances. Your role will be vital in maintaining the company's cash flow, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Credit Executive) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the timeshare or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk management and collection strategies.
  • Expertise in timeshare financing, sales, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept in Microsoft Office
  • In-depth understanding of collections laws and regulations, especially in the timeshare industry.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve collection goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
