The RESOLUTION SPECIALIST is responsible for:
- Assist in resolving conflicts and disputes raised by clients who have scheduled conciliation meetings through HLURB/DHSUD.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and empathetic communication regarding their concerns and the conciliation process.
- Collaborate with the HLURB/DHSUD to ensure compliance with regulations and the effective resolution of conflicts.
- Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all dealings with clients and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including client concerns, resolutions, and outcomes, ensuring proper documentation for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in conflict resolution, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the housing and real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of HLURB/DHSUD guidelines and housing dispute resolution processes.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication in both English and Filipino.
- With strong analytical skills
- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City
