Benefits
- ₱180-200/hr, consistent bookings, potential to earn ₱35,000+/month
- Schedule: 5pm-10pm PHT, 25 hrs/week minimum, 2 weekdays off
- Ready-made lesson materials and props, no lesson planning needed
- ₱15,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months, on top of your regular earnings
- Launch bonuses up to ₱7,000 (sign-up, certification, and training bonuses included)
- HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 when you hit 86 hrs/month
- No ESL experience required - open to Kumon tutors, SPED teachers, face-to-face teachers, and Sunday school or church tutors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course), diploma and TOR, at least 6 months experience with kids, strong spoken English, TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one, and a Philippine bank account for payroll.
You'll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
Launch in as early as 10 days.
