Job Purpose
Designs and tracks customer journeys, creating and delivering relevant products, pricing, marketing, and channel strategies. Responsible for business outcomes by making decisions based on customer data and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the independent assessment of internal controls regarding risks to business processes and assets, overseeing activities of first and second lines of defense (Level 7).
- Carry out audit activities and draft reports of findings, including corrective actions (Level 6).
- Produce reports by collecting data from standard sources (Level 4).
- Support data management systems by providing advice and support (Level 5).
- Edit documents to organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication (Level 6).
- Extract and combine data to generate reports (Level 4).
- Develop personal capabilities through training, assessments, and external accreditation; stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry best practices (Level 5).
- Advise managers on applying procedures and precedents (Level 5).
