Responsibilities:
  • Review of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and auxiliary system requirements from clients and building management to finalize plans and cost estimates.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive ELV plans when necessary.
  • Conduct measurements and prepare the bill of quantities.
  • Evaluate contractors' proposals for all PMI (Project Management Instructions), change orders, and other construction-related claims.
  • Perform site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals as needed.
  • Prepare cost estimates for project evaluation and comparison.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids before and during project implementation.
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
  • Update the material and equipment cost database quarterly.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
