Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage technology and transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring scope, cost, and timelines are met.
  2. Oversee cross-functional teams, including vendors and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and blockchain.
  4. Develop project roadmaps, manage risks, and establish success metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related fields.

  3. Certifications: Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Design Thinking a plus.
  4. Experience in business transformation, process improvement, and change management.
  5. Strong knowledge of Banking 4.0, automation, AI, and emerging tech trends.
  6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and drive strategic initiatives effectively.
