Motorpool Technical Assistant

The Motorpool Technical Assistant is the overall in-charge of end-to-end tasks but not limited to:
- Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Troubleshoot problems efficiently to determine the root cause and implement appropriate solutions;
- Perform repairs and upgrades to vehicle components, systems, and accessories as needed. In-charge of handling petty cash for spare parts;
- Ensure that all fleet vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards. Perform safety inspections and ensure that vehicles are equipped with the required safety features and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that fleet vehicles are available and operational as needed. Plans and implements a preventive program for all equipment.
- Assist in managing the motorpool budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs related to fleet vehicle maintenance and repairs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Repairs of all Stationary Equipment such as Tower Cranes, Derrick Crane, Baby Crane, Jib Poles, Construction Elevator and Suspended Platforms. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 - 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; experience working in a construction (Motorpool Department) is a plus;
- Must be a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering;
- With strong analytical, communication, presentation skills as well as an eye for detail;
- Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Head office) and do office works;
- Amenable to commute within Quezon City - Office Address: No. 29, North Ave., Bagong Pag-asa, Q.C
- CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
