OUR CLIENT is a brand new and exciting online casino and sportsbook that is getting ready to launch. We are a spin off from one of the most well known brands that has been a principal sponsor of English Premier League football teams. Our focus is on the next generation of iGaming with an emphasis on cryptocurrency, original games, sports and esports for the global stage.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skill set to shape and drive our marketing strategy and brand. You will be starting from a blank slate where you will take the lead in end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving the marketing strategy and presenting ideas to the C-suite. You will be responsible for building out a recognisable brand that fits with our core and resonates with the industry and our users. Finally you will build out and run an all-star marketing team.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Gambling & Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about the gambling industry and knowledgeable about emerging trends in digital marketing. It's okay if you're still learning, so long as you're interested and can adapt quickly.
  2. Social Media Expert: Skilled at using social media platforms to enhance brand reach, engage with users, and drive conversion.
  3. Campaign Strategist: Proven experience in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  5. Independent Leader: Can independently build and guide a marketing team, nurturing talent and driving high performance.

What You'll Do:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy tailored to our audience and business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Build, lead, inspire, and motivate a dedicated team of marketers, cultivating a dynamic and results-driven environment.
  3. Brand Development: Build out and enhance our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and appeal to a diverse audience.
  4. Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

  1. Casinos: Please apply only if you have experience with online crypto casinos
  2. Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing lead experience in a web2 or web3 environment with SEO experience.
  3. Affiliates: Experience sourcing and connecting with online affiliates, especially iGaming SEO review sites.
  4. Influencers: Experience in bringing and working with valuable influencers and livestreamers that can push business.
  5. Creative and Strategic: You're a trendsetter, not just a follower, with a knack for bringing unique and engaging ideas to life.
  6. Leadership Excellence: Capable of building and guiding a high-performing team.
  7. Excellent Communicator: Able to craft compelling marketing messages and provide clear direction to your team.
  8. Adaptable and Agile: Flexible in an ever-evolving industry, ready to pivot strategies as market trends shift.
  9. Passionate: If you love what you do then you'll never work a day in your life, but we will still pay you competitively

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience with online crypto casinos.
  2. Familiar with online crypto casino brands such as Stake, BC.Game and others. Familiar with cryptocurrencies.
  3. Proficient in a second language other than English.
