Job Details:

  1. Onsite Setup at Bridgetowne, QC
  2. Monday to Friday | 9PM to 6AM - Manila Time

Responsibilities:

As a Operations Support Project Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  1. Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors
  2. Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers, submitting for Cabinet resolution those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels
  3. Maintain and update the company database
  4. Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality
  5. Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters
  7. Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors
  8. Create SRs
  9. Update budgets in OFS
  10. Assign work in OFS to crews/contractors
  11. Monitor and update spreadsheet trackers
  12. Assist with creating and uploading billing as-builts

Qualifications:

  1. You have a bachelor's degree OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
  2. You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
  3. You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  4. You have a construction background
  5. You have purchasing experience
  6. You have Norad and Oracle experience, a huge plus
  7. Possess Telecom experience
  8. You're skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
  9. Safety is a part of your day to day
  10. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  11. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  12. You are looking for long-term projects
