- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, provide information about products and services, and address inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to guide customers and provide recommendations.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by engaging customers and encouraging sales, either through direct selling or in-store promotions.
- Customer-focused with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing stock.
- Attention to detail to ensure products are displayed properly and sales records are accurate.
