BROKER/SALES SUPPORT TRAINEE
(ENTRY LEVEL POSITION)
ESC Corporation is hiring for Three (3) Broker Support Trainees
Full-Time On-siteat Robinsons Equitable Tower(Ortigas Center, Pasig)
Monday to Friday; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time.
Qualifications:
- at least 1-year BPO Experience (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Confident spoken and written English communication skills.
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Trainee Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Ensure accuracy of data entry, and compliance with service levels. Application Processing:
- Assist mortgage brokers in gathering necessary documentation from clients.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lending institutions.
Client Communication and Service:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their mortgageapplications.
- Address client inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service standards to all clients.
File Management:
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate andcomplete.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
Lender and Partner Liaison:
- Communicate with lending institutions and other partners to facilitate a smoothmortgage approval and settlement process.
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage industry policies, trends,and best practices.
