This is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online retail presence. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to optimising website performance and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve customer engagement on our e-commerce platform
  2. Manage and optimise all e-commerce operations, including website content, product catalogues, online ordering, and fulfilment processes
  3. Analyse website and sales data to identify trends, optimise marketing campaigns, and implement data-driven improvements
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities
  6. Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, track performance metrics, and report on the success of online initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven track record of driving successful e-commerce strategies and achieving measurable results
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis software
  6. Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and trends
