About the Role

As MIS and Expense Budget Manager under the Deposit and Payroll Division, you will be responsible for building and updating financial/product profitability models to support decision-making for the division, identifying opportunities to drive profitability, and collaborating with business unit heads and SMEs to build reports/analysis.

How you'll contribute

  1. Creates profitability models/framework/analysis that would support the Business teams to look for further opportunities in expanding volume growth and increasing profitability.
  2. Performs campaign/product initiatives profitability review in collaboration with the Business and Product managers.
  3. Conducts monthly deep dive on the division's financial performance and drivers update with the Business and Finplan to discuss actual performance and rest of year outlook on drivers.
  4. Provides support on the annual budget preparation for the division.
  5. Reports/MIS enhancements.

What we're looking for

  1. Must have at least 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
  2. With experience in FP&A, Business Planning, and Data Analytics.
  3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, conflict management/problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Tools.
