Salary Range: Php 80,000 - Php 140,000
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Days Off: Two days off per week (shift schedule; may include weekends)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements
- JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer.
- Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation.
- Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications.
- Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies.
- Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations.
- Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.
