About the role
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a gas station. Attending to and assisting customers, accepting payments, maintaining station organization, and maintaining the balance of the cash drawer.
May also oversee and supervise the Gas Station Attendants. Perform maintenance on gas station machines.
Operate Register
To accept customer payments, operate the POS register. They may be asked to prepare cash for daily deposits and will also have to maintain the register balance.
Clean Station
Tasked with maintaining clean and orderly stations. This includes servicing and cleaning the public restrooms, cleaning the windows and countertops, sweeping and mopping the floors, and organizing shelves.
Skills
With great communication and interpersonal skills, main point of customer service at assigned station. They're friendly and positive, always willing to help customers. Reliable individuals, they show up on time, work flexible schedules and can multitask when the station is busy.
Core skills:
Having basic math skills for counting money
Demonstrating ability to complete heavy lifting tasks
Possessing cashier experience
Showing customer service skills
Being able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Sales experience
Willing to travel
