Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging outbound calls to general contractors, effectively communicating Valle's diverse product offerings.

Actively follow up on previously issued quotes, addressing client inquiries, negotiating terms, and successfully closing sales.

Accurately document all client interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively advise clients on how Valle solutions best align with their construction project requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends to proactively identify new sales opportunities and ensure Valle maintains a competitive market presence.

Prepare and deliver insightful reports on sales performance, activities, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related field.

Exceptional communication skills in English, with a professional and persuasive manner.

Strong negotiation abilities with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in client follow-ups and data entry.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales management tools.

Highly motivated self-starter, capable of independently managing and growing a sales pipeline.
