FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor who will assume a pivotal role within our team. The chosen candidate will hold the responsibility of providing in-house estimates for a range of land development and vertical construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of in-house estimates for various land development and vertical construction projects as basis for comparison of awarding potential contractors.
- Preparation of bid documents for construction projects.
- Cost monitoring and control of ongoing projects.
- Preparation of budget and payment schedules.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.
- With at least 3 years of experience in construction, particularly in quantity estimates, bidding and contract review.
- Must have experience and proficiency in estimation of both land development cost and vertical construction (MEFPS).
- Knowledge and experience in land development is a plus.
- Efficient team player, leader and capable of working under pressure.
- Driver's license is a plus.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
