About the role

This is a full-time Assistant Leasing Manager role with IBDC, a leading Commercial Real Estate and Property Management firm in North Caloocan Metro Manila. As the Assistant Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in managing the leasing portfolio for our diverse range of commercial properties. What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the Leasing Manager in the day-to-day operations of the leasing portfolio, including conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and managing tenant relationships
  2. Proactively marketing available properties to potential tenants and managing the leasing process from start to finish
  3. Analysing market trends and property data to identify opportunities and make recommendations to the Leasing Manager
  4. Preparing and presenting leasing proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
  5. Coordinating with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless tenant experience
  6. Providing excellent customer service to both existing and prospective tenants
  7. Assisting with the development and implementation of the company's leasing strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a leasing or property management role, ideally within the commercial real estate industry
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities
  4. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  7. A relevant degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred
