Pharmacy Assistant

Job description for a retail associate responsible for visual merchandising, stock replenishment, customer service, and merchandise monitoring in assigned gondolas/sections.

• Ensures proper grouping, arrangement, and level of displays
• Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
• Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out
• Monitors deliveries of merchandise in the branch
• Handles customer inquiries and minor complaints for immediate action and solution; elevates major issues to Store-in-Charge
• Provides excellent customer service at all times

• Preferable a college graduate of any 2–4-year courses
• Senior High School graduates with related job experience are welcome to apply
• Work experience in other customer service industries is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to varying work schedules
