About The Team & Business Line

Our global development centers focus on software solutions and innovation in the alternative investment and financial services sectors. The UX Designer will join a product engineering team delivering applications for the Alternative Investments business line. This role involves participating in upstream design processes, prototyping, and delivering specifications.

Your Role

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to create user-friendly designs.
  2. Communicate UX concepts through prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  3. Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing designs.
  4. Advocate for design improvements and refinements.

About You

  • Passionate about user-centered design, systems thinking, and visual design.
  • Ability to apply design principles to complex problems from concept to detailed design.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in interaction design with a supporting portfolio.
  • Knowledge of UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing.
  • Experience with design systems for coherent design practices.
  • Research experience (e.g., interviews, analytics) is beneficial.
