WE'RE HIRING Sales Director – MGEI South

MGEI South is looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our dynamic team If you have a passion for real estate, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want you on board

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
4. Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
5. Oversee the overall sales performance and ensure excellent client service

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in real estate or related industries
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills
3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities
4. Results-driven with a strategic mindset
5. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Director
6. Ready team of 2 Sales Managers with at least 4 Property Specialists each
7. Must be residing in South Luzon Area
