Job Summary: The position will report to the Director, Accounting Reporting and will be responsible for month-end functions working with the Corporate Accounting team and assisting with the company's consolidated financial statements preparation under US GAAP. This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional familiar with US-based or global organizations and cross-border collaboration.

The right candidate will have a strong accounting background, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work through complex reporting cycles. We seek a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Maintain various schedules supporting financial statements and disclosures.
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities, including equity method of accounting, fixed assets, leased assets, and POC accounting.
  • Review standalone financial statements of subsidiaries to understand operations and ensure accurate disclosures.
  • Work extensively with ERP systems, building customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Suggest and support process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support the corporate accounting team during month-end close.
  • Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation and information.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including consolidations and US GAAP reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise, especially in intercompany eliminations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large datasets accurately.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.
