MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR:
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible in the supervision of agency hired personnel such as maintenance, street sweepers, gardeners and driver to effectively perform their assigned functions and achieve key results.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervisory / Monitoring
1.1. Responsible in supervising and giving instruction/task to subordinates in order to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness and sanitary condition of the Center.
1.2. Responsible in monitoring the performance of his subordinates to ensure their duties and responsibilities are met on the standards set by the company.
1.3. Responsible in organizing / delegating needed personnel and materials for special projects.
1.4. Responsible in the inventory / monitoring and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
1.5. Coordinate with Agency representative/coordinators to discuss concerns, manpower and tools requirements to ensure effective and efficient performance of subordinates.
2. Maintenance Works
2.1. Responsible in daily inspection of company properties / building to ensure it is operable and in good condition such as the building exterior and interior finish/ painting, drainage and sewer lines, water line and electrical facilities.
2.2. Responsible in conducting other repair works of the building as deemed necessary.
3. Others:
3.1. Monitor and report construction violations to security and/or immediate supervisor for appropriate action/s.
3.2. Report illegal vendors, scavengers and any untoward incidents to security and/or immediate supervisor.
3.3 Perform other job-related tasks as may be directed by the superior and key officers of the company from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School Graduate
- Basic knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry
- Preferably with TESDA Certificate
- Communication skills both oral and written
- Work Location - Ortigas Center, Pasig City
