JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undergo training in sales, operations, administration, and branch management.
- Assist managers and supervisors in daily business operations.
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and assist in achieving company targets.
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in preparing reports and monitoring operational activities.
- Handle customer concerns and support team members when needed.
- Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and able to work well with a team.
- Willing to undergo training and accept different responsibilities.
- Willing to be assigned to different branches or locations, if required.
