  • Craft well-architected microservice architectures while working on highly scalable backend systems and infrastructure

  • Build observability into our systems to effectively monitor, debug, and resolve real-world issues as they arise
  • Lead technical projects by managing deliverables, ensuring team alignment, and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes
What is expected of you:

RequirementsMust have:
  • Experience in a strongly typed programming language, such as Go or Java
  • Hands-on experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Spanner)
  • Strong knowledge of designing efficient persistence layers, database optimization, and handling concurrency
  • Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Experience with background task processing, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven systems
  • Proven experience in developing well-architected APIs and microservices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to craft effective solutions to complex problems
  • Proficiency in interpreting and acting on data insights, including reading graphs, analyzing trends, and making data-backed decisions
  • A clear understanding of the distinction between coding and software engineering, emphasizing systems thinking, scalability, and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, manage deliverables, and align teams to achieve consistent outcomes
