Role: Payroll Tax Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Makati
Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:
  1. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax filings for a multi-state corporation, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
  2. File quarterly and annual tax forms with relevant agencies.
  3. Conduct daily import reconciliations between the payroll system and the tax payment system.
  4. Review payroll records for accuracy, ensuring reported payroll data aligns with state and federal withholding returns.
  5. Perform reconciliations and balancing of multi-state payroll system reports with 941s, W-2s, W-2Cs, and state filings.
Requirements:
  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll tax filing, with knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures.
  2. Strong understanding of federal tax laws and state income tax regulations.
  3. Proficiency in technical and professional payroll principles.
  4. Experience with ADP MasterTax (preferred).
  5. Familiarity with PrismHR is a plus.
