The Role:We are seeking a talented and versatile B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines marketing operations with campaign management, so you'll need to be just as comfortable executing technical work as you are managing timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
As a Marketing Operations / Campaign Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of B2B clients, manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, and drive real impact through digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and manage B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid media platforms.
Build and manage email marketing workflows and nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Marketo.
Manage CRM data within Salesforce and HubSpot, segmenting and making data available for campaigns.
Create and update website content and landing pages using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS).
Build and format emails, event invites, and registration pages using HTML and HubSpot design tools.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Organize, clean, upload, and manipulate data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts).
Produce detailed campaign reports, pulling data from each system to keep clients updated on progress.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are met.
4–5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within an agency or high-paced marketing team.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM.
Comfortable using HTML for email formatting and content adjustments.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts).
Familiarity with website CMSs; able to add, edit, and remove pages independently.
Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Google Analytics or GA4.
Familiarity with marketing automation best practices.
Experience reporting with tools like Google Data Studio or similar.
Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
