Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Brand Project Manager to support our nail care team in executing product development projects, packaging updates, formula transitions, rebrands, and other key brand initiatives.

This role serves as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication, progress tracking, and problem-solving to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Transition Management

  • Oversee and drive the progress of product development, formula transitions, and packaging updates, ensuring timely execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the nail care team and departments such as social media, supply chain, creative, and regulatory to ensure alignment.
  • Manage multiple product and brand initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate communication between the nail care team and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure all teams have access to the latest project information, including formulation changes, packaging updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, providing clear action items, follow-ups, and deadlines.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies for product launches, reformulations, and rebranding initiatives.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, packaging, and product details are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with design teams on packaging and branding updates, ensuring projects meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.

Process Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project flow and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Develop standardized processes and tools to streamline project management and improve team collaboration.
  • Anticipate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or brand management, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or CPG industries.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, packaging updates, and formula transitions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with U.S.-based teams or across different time zones as a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.
