About the Role

• Bookkeeping & Client Support
• Tax Preparation - Prepare individual (Form 1040), partnership (Form 1065), S-corporation (Form 1120S), and corporate (Form 1120) tax returns.
• Work primarily on tax return preparation during tax season, with some off-season tax work as well.
• Payroll - Assist with payroll processing for small business clients; support compliance tasks, including quarterly and annual payroll filings.

About You

• Education in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (not required if relevant experience).
• Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Drake Tax is a plus; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks during busy seasons.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude.
• Desire to grow professionally in the areas of tax, payroll, and bookkeeping.
