What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Design & Drafting: Transform project briefs into comprehensive, highly accurate architectural plans, site elevations, sections, and construction documentation.

  • Photo realistic 3D Visualization: Create high-impact 3D renders and walk through models for client presentations and marketing materials.

  • Compliance & Site Analysis: Conduct site visits, perform feasibility studies, and ensure every design complies with local zoning regulations, the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), and Australian Standards (such as AS1428.1 for access & mobility).

  • Project & Permit Coordination: Prepare and manage development applications (DAs) and building permits while managing timelines and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Team Collaboration & Support: Share industry insights, assist in training junior colleagues, support office administration when needed, and contribute to continuous workplace improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma of Building Design or a Degree in Architecture.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design and documentation specifically focused on Australian commercial and industrial projects (offices, warehouses, showrooms, or workshops).

  • High proficiency in ArchiCAD, Twinmotion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Solid foundation in Australian building codes (NCC/BCA) and relevant Australian Standards.

  • Strong technical accuracy, proactive problem-solving, exceptional client-facing communication skills, and a passionate commitment to sustainable, functional design.

Work Arrangement

Onsite | Monday to Friday | 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT
