Veritas leverages technology to offer a superior rental living experience to residents in small- to medium-size buildings, with a tech-inspired management platform that reinvents how classic apartments are designed, leased, and managed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during ETL processes.
  • Document solutions (e.g., data models, configurations, and setup).
  • Data warehouse development and working with SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
  • Analyze the current ETL process, defined and design new systems.
  • Use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources, via APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL, etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
