Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SAP SD/MM & Retail Consultant to join a global SAP rollout project for a leading Boston-based company. The successful candidate will work with an international team, including colleagues based in NYC, USA, and a Project Manager in Japan.

This hybrid role requires expertise in SAP SD/MM, retail and warehouse integration, e-commerce, and SAP S/4HANA 2020. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, POS operations, and FIORI applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Pricing.
  2. Support Retail & Warehouse Integration, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation.
  3. Ensure seamless Integration with Retail Systems.
  4. Assist in the e-commerce segment of retail business processes.
  5. Work with SAP Versions 15-24, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA 2020.
  6. Contribute to the SAP rollout project with a strong order-to-cash background.
  7. Implement and manage Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
  8. Oversee POS Inbound and Outbound operations.
  9. Optimize Retail Store Operations with SAP solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 5-8 years of experience in SAP SD/MM & Retail Consulting.
  2. Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA 2020 and retail processes.
  3. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, POS, and FIORI applications.
  4. Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with teams across Japan and the USA.
