Candidate must display the following:
- Ability to analyze and assess business performance based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Thorough understanding of customer behavior to be used as a basis for data-driven programs
- Ability to deliver KPIs and end-to-end programs/executions
- Strong management skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams in delivering programs
- Agile in pivoting plans based on actual results
- Open to receiving feedback and guidance both from superiors and peers
- 100% Target Achievement of Retained Users (# of engaged monthly active users)
- 100% Target Achievement on AURI Metrics
- Income Utilization
- GCash Usage Metrics (UCD, DA, AVPU)
- On-Strat & Timely Campaign Delivery
- Expected to contribute to a noble cause in the Philippines; where business becomes a way to influence change and progress
- Drives customer-centric decision making. Provides insights on how we can stay anchored to our "malasakit" ideology towards our customers
- Deliver monthly target retained users
- Ensure strategic allocation and utilization of A&P and delivery of committed returns
Create processes and best ways of working with internal and external teams to enable AURI Synergies
