Work Schedule: Three (3) days per week and on-call as required by business operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments accurately through cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods.
- Issue official receipts, invoices, and other transaction documents to customers.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer balance and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.
- Perform opening and closing cashiering procedures, including cash count and turnover.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit required documents to Management.
- Ensure proper safekeeping of cash, receipts, and company funds.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, promotions, and store policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other staff regarding transaction discrepancies, customer concerns, and operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to cash handling and customer service.
- Support outlet operations and perform other administrative or operational tasks as may be assigned by Management.
- Report for duty during scheduled workdays and respond to reasonable on-call work requirements when requested by Management, subject to operational needs and prior notice whenever practicable.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the achievement of outlet operational goals.
