  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with the company's broader business goals.

Product Development:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Write and prioritize detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Oversee the development process, ensuring features are delivered according to specs and on schedule.
  • Ensure the product is scalable, user-friendly, and addresses user pain points.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred in some cases).
Experience:
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
