About the role
F&C Group of Companies-Food Division is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its Pasig Main Office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support for management decision-making across our various business units.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct audits and implement internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Consolidate financial data across multiple business units
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, government compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with diverse business units
