Job Description

The position is responsible for data analysis and insights generation process within an organization, and it plays a critical role in leveraging data to drive organizational success. He/She is also responsible for monitoring KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and implementing strategies to meet overall business objectives while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development of data collection processes and data management systems
  2. Identifying and monitoring Data Accuracy, Data Consistency, Data Quality Score to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of operational processes and procedures.
  3. Work closely and collaborate with the Managers across different departments to develop and implement process improvements and initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and achieving KPI targets.
  4. Ensure that standards and best practices are established and met for consistent and accurate data usage.
  5. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to drive better functionality and insights.
  6. Collaborate with Data Analytics Manager to enhance the functionality of data systems.
  7. Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
  8. Utilizing insights derived from data analysis and to formulate strategies that align with business goals. This includes identifying areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and policy development to enhance organizational performance.
  9. Communicate data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must be open to Shifting Schedule and/or Night Shift.
  2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft ETL tools such as Sharepoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, M365 PowerApps and Microsoft Fabric.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting techniques acquired through an advanced degree program or professional qualification and related work experience is required.
  4. Experience in a similar role involving KPI development, data analysis, process improvement, or performance management.
  5. Excellent Analytical skills, particularly Data interpretation/understanding to the Report's objective.
  6. Fast Thinker and Strategist.
  7. Perform Data Collection, Cleaning and Management to ensure Data Integrity and readiness for Analysis.
  8. Develop custom Reports, Dashboards Visualization and Innovative procedures that would streamline an efficient process, improve user experience and productivity.
  9. Self-Motivated, can work with minimal supervision, Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  10. A Natural Researcher with a characteristic of a "Find-a-way" attitude, always looking for Solutions rather than Roadblocks.
  11. Excellent communication skills both written and oral is needed, good presentation skills.
