Job Description

Oversee all daily operations, including livestock health, breeding, feeding, and staff management to ensure efficient production. Key duties include enforcing strict biosecurity protocols, managing budgets, keeping detailed production records, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while supervising employees on sanitation and herd welfare.

Our farm is fairly small, with a herd of hogs ranging from 12-80 heads at any given time. The job can be done on a part-time basis for now, with weekly visits to check on livestock and give instructions to the care-takers. As the farm grows, so will the job as well as the salary.
