Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls, providing effective solutions, and assisting customers with their banking needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong drive, a passion for customer service, and the willingness to adapt to any of the following lines of business (LOBs):

  • Telephone Banker / Consumer Banking
  • Fraud Analyst
  • Collections Specialist
  • Home Lending

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding banking services, fraud prevention, collections, and home lending.
  • Adapt to different accounts and adjust to changing workloads and demands.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain privacy in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
