Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with focus on electrical works / MEPFS
Experience in high-rise construction projects is required
Strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant QS tools is an advantage
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
Willing to be assigned in Gil Puyat, Pasay City
Can start immediately
