Who You’ll Be Working With
With a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, you will be analytical, technologically savvy, solutions- and process-focused, and you will join the Technology & Operations team.
You’ll Be Responsible For The Following
- Leading the discovery sessions for any new initiative
- Leading the RFI/RFP process for selecting vendors needed for a buy initiative
- Working with Legal for contract negotiations to ensure the vendor engagements are to the company's advantage
- Working with Procurement for commercial negotiations
- Ensuring that the commercial model is to the company's advantage as platform manager
- Governing the overall Platform Lifecycle – Feasibility, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decom/Migration/Replacement
- Ensuring that the platform investment & vendor engagement are maximized
We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager
- At least 3 years stakeholder management experience
- Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (bank or non-bank)
- Strong background on the following:
- Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting
- Platform Design & Delivery
- Platform Lifecycle Management
- Service & Operations Management
