Role Overview

The CRM & Data Validation Specialist will support the sales and marketing operations by maintaining clean, accurate, and actionable data. This role involves managing CRM records, validating lead data, enriching contact information, and ensuring all systems are properly maintained to drive outreach success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update contact records and company profiles within the CRM (GoHighLevel)

  2. Validate and enrich lead data using tools such as Apollo.io and online research

  3. Ensure data accuracy and completeness across CRM entries

  4. Generate regular reports and audits on CRM data health

  5. Support sales and marketing teams with clean datasets to fuel outreach campaigns

  6. Flag issues or inconsistencies in data and propose corrective actions

Qualifications

  1. Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage)

  2. Familiarity with lead sourcing and enrichment tools like Apollo.io

  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  4. Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  6. Good written and spoken English communication skills
