About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage and lead our end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on payroll expertise, strong knowledge of Philippine statutory compliance, and proven experience leading a payroll team through accurate, on-time, and audit-ready payroll cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions
• Ensure full compliance with payroll-related government regulations
• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team in day-to-day operations
• Maintain accurate payroll records and promptly resolve payroll-related issues
• Oversee payroll controls, internal audits, and adherence to processing timelines
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders on payroll matters

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team
• Practical SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution

Core Competencies

• Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly explain and articulate processes, not just general exposure
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including tax submissions and statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
