Job Summary

A Head of Finance is a leadership role overseeing financial staff and a company's financial strategies. Head of Finance responsibilities include ensuring finances are used beneficially, developing the financial strategy, assessing investments, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  1. Conducting risk management/assessing risk.
  2. Delegating financial tasks and accounting activities.
  3. Managing accounting teams and the finance department/ensuring smooth running.
  4. Developing Finance Director-level knowledge.
  5. Preparing reports on financial results and financial activities/financial reporting.
  6. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations/ensuring team members comply with regulations.
  7. Monitoring cash flow/cash flows.
  8. Conducting finance team appraisals.
  9. Identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  10. Overseeing accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
  11. Conducting internal audits.
  12. Handling confidential information.
  13. Meeting with other department heads.
  14. Establishing secure procedures.
  15. Reporting to the executive team, board members, and key stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
