Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented German Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, combined with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a German Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, in both German and English languages.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear and concise responses.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service will be a plus.

  • Must have HD monitor
  • Must have at least 8GB RAM
  • I5 / Ryzen 5 or equivalent processors
  • Noise Cancelling Headset
  • Stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps (must provide screenshot of speed test)
