Position: HR Team Lead
Location: 1880 Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift

Your Role:

As a HR Team Lead, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Manage HR issues for both internal staff and client-assigned employees, ensuring timely and proper resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.

  • Act as the main HR contact for client-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

  • Partner with operations and client teams to address performance issues, employee concerns, and disciplinary actions effectively.

  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and BPO industry standards.

  • Support and drive employee engagement, retention efforts, and HR programs to improve workplace satisfaction.

  • Lead HR reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and continuously improve HR processes.

  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring high-quality HR service and professional growth.

Non Negotiables:

  • Graduate of a related course (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration)

  • At least 5 years of HR experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a BPO setting

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and BPO-specific HR best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Willingness to work night shift and be fully on-site.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience handling client-facing HR concerns

  • Background in managing HR escalations related to client operations

  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration between HR, operations, and client teams
