What We're Looking For
We are seeking innovative, analytical, and high-potential professionals who demonstrate strong learning agility, initiative, and a passion for solving complex manufacturing challenges.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, production systems, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP, MES, data analytics, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving manufacturing environment.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive operational improvements.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Legal right to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Analyze production data, process performance, and equipment utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with production requirements and business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs that enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support new product introductions, process transfers, and industrialization projects.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to address operational and quality issues.
- Develop and monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within manufacturing operations.
